Founder and Managing Director - Justice

Justice is the Founder and Managing Director of GreenSense Ghana Ltd, a sustainability-focused company advancing eco-friendly industrial solutions and circular economy practices across Africa and beyond. With over a decade of experience in data science, policy analytics, and strategic leadership, he specializes in translating complex systems into scalable, impact-driven business models.

Prior to founding GreenSense, Justice served as a lead analyst consulting for the Office of the President of Ghana on national flagship programs through the Ministry of Monitoring and Evaluation. He later spent over six years leading the Data Analytics Unit at Ghana’s National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), where he oversaw large-scale health data systems and developed analytical frameworks that informed national healthcare policy.

Beyond his corporate and governmental contributions, Justice is deeply committed to the growth of the next generation of African leaders. He serves as a mentor at the Development Insights Hub (DIH), a non-profit dedicated to driving inclusive and sustainable development across the continent.

He holds an MSc. in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Malaysia, and a B.Ed. in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He also holds specialized certifications in Sustainable Resource Management (Delft University of Technology, Netherlands) and Environmental Economics (University of Michigan, USA) and is currently a candidate for the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Justice combines data-driven decision-making, policy insight, and private-sector innovation to position GreenSense at the intersection of sustainability, industrial innovation, and economic development, helping accelerate the transition toward resilient and circular economies across Africa.

Through GreenSense, he is championing the adoption of biodegradable alternatives and sustainable resource systems that reduce environmental impact while supporting industrial productivity and job creation in Ghana, Africa, and beyond.
