With over a decade of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, Fortune Vedome brings strategic leadership, professional discipline, and a strong people-centered focus to the company’s mission of driving sustainable change in Ghana’s hospitality sector. Her expertise was honed in a high performance environment at the National Health Insurance Authority where she serves as the Assistant Human Resources Manager, Greater Accra Regional Office. She has contributed significantly to organizational projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, talent development, and service delivery and now channels this deep organizational insight into creating a venture that is both environmentally responsible and built for scalable growth.
Fortune holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana, Legon and a professional charter from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (HR Specialization) from the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Association of Business Executives, United Kingdom (UK).
As a member of the management team, Fortune supports the company with her expertise in HR strategy, stakeholder engagement, organizational development, and structured operational practices. She contributes to the company’s vision of introducing premium-quality biodegradable and eco-friendly products to top-class hotels, restaurants, luxury apartments, and catering businesses across Ghana and Africa through providing environmentally responsible solutions that align with global standards.
